RaymondCOOK(Ray) Passed away peacefully at George Eliot Hospital on 20th May, 2019. A much loved husband of Joy. Beloved father to David and Julie. Grandad to Cameron, Noah, Jasmine, Abigail, Crystal and Jaden. Brother to Stan. He will be sadly missed by all. The funeral service will take place at 2pm on 6th June at St. Paul's Church, Stockingford, Nuneaton, followed by the burial at Oaston Road.
